About us
Robot Negotiation Academy LLC (USA) was founded on May 15, 2024, by renowned social technologist Vladimir Tarassov.
Although newly incorporated in the U.S., Robot Negotiation Academy has deep roots. It continues the legacy of Tallinn School of Management (Estonia), a business education pioneer that operated for 40 years (1984–2024) before evolving into two organizations — Academy of Management Art and Robot Negotiation Academy.
The Tallinn School of Management created and developed a unique field in management called The Art of Managerial Struggle.
This concept highlights the core difference between physical struggle (including warfare) and managerial struggle:
• Physical struggle is fought over the position and condition of physical objects in space.
• Managerial struggle is fought over the distribution of social roles.
Because managerial struggle often replaces physical confrontation — avoiding injuries and loss of life — it can be considered the most humane of all arts.
Over four decades, Tallinn School of Management accumulated an extensive body of knowledge and trained thousands of professionals in methods of managerial struggle, including negotiating in conflict situations. Training was reinforced through proprietary tools such as the Managerial Duel, Crowd Training, Business Camps, and dozens of business simulation games.
Today Robot Negotiation Academy focuses on transferring this expertise to artificial intelligence systems — teaching robots to negotiate both with humans and with one another.
